This split-level stunner has 5 bedrooms (you could easily convert any into an office). Recently rehabbed with a new kitchen, luxury vinyl flooring, updated bathroom, freshly painted. This corner lot has a fenced in yard, a large family/recreation room, 2-car garage, and laundry room. The modern upgrades and open floor plan will give you ample room to relax and feel at home.

Located in the Cedar Hills neighborhood the house is just minutes' walk from a Commonwealth Lake Park. Cedar Hills in Beaverton, Oregon, offers a cozy suburban vibe with tree-lined streets. Enjoy nearby parks, trails, and the Cedar Hills Crossing shopping center, which has dining, shops, and entertainment.
