It offers a spacious living room with a well-equipped kitchen, opening onto a pleasant, spacious terrace. Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms and a shower room with separate WC. The tiled, fenced terrace with garden furniture and electric barbecue is the perfect place to relax.
