Located just 130 meters from the sandy beach of Praia da Rocha. Composed of an entrance hall, a fully equipped kitchenette, a living room with 2 sofa beds and a bedroom with a double bed. Air conditioning (cold and hot), cable TV and WI-FI. The apartment has a sea view from both the bedroom and the living room and has a balcony in the bedroom and living room, to enjoy your holidays. The apartment has a guaranteed, uncovered parking space outside the building. Within walking distance of the apartment there are supermarkets, bars, nightclubs, restaurants, shopping areas, etc. NOTE: Only 4 people are allowed (including adults, children and babies). \- A security deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a payment by credit card, Revolut or bank transfer in advance. The deposit will be refunded up to 3 days after check-out, after a full inspection and cleaning of the accommodation. PORTIMÃO TOURIST TAX: According to the municipal legislation applicable since March 14, 2024, guests must pay cash upon check-in for all reservations: \- In high season (01/04 to 31/10) 2€ per person per night. \- In low season (1/11 to 31/03) 1€ per person per night. Note: \- The rate is limited to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights per stay and is charged only to guests aged 13 and over. \- Water, electricity and gas consumption expenses (if applicable) are included within the normal parameters of conscious use (60EUR for 30 days of reservation). The counts are taken at check-in and check-out to calculate the consumption for the reservation period in question (whenever different from 30 days, the corresponding amount is calculated).
