Set in a condominium with 2 swimming pools and just 40 m from the beach. Property consisting of: entrance hall, bedroom with double bed and built-in wardrobe and air conditioning (hot and cold), living room with double sofa bed and fully equipped kitchenette. Living room and bedroom with balcony - View over Praia da Rocha. It has a parking space (15) in the building's garage. NOTE: Only 4 people are allowed (including adults, children and babies). \- A security deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a payment by credit card, Revolut or bank transfer in advance. The deposit will be refunded up to 3 days after check-out, after a full inspection and cleaning of the accommodation. \- Note that there is a city tax - Tourist Tax: Between the dates of November 1st and March 31st — from EUR 1 per person per night, not included in the total amount and must be paid on site. This tax applies to guests aged 13 and over. The maximum amount charged is EUR 7 per guest. It offered far better value for money than the overpriced hotels near the beach. The view from the apartment is simply stunning. We also enjoyed relaxing on the balcony in the evenings, watching the lively street scene below. The location couldn’t be better—everything we needed was just a short walk away. We loved that we could walk out the front door and have immediate access to so many restaurants and little shop in addition to the beach. The room itself was very clean and tidy, they even came once during our week accommodation to do a quick clean which was lovely! Lastly we travelled with our 5 month old, and they provided us with a baby bed, tub and high chair which was extremely helpful. Noisy at night when people come home from the bar at 3 or 4 in the morning. Usual parking spot was to small for our car and there is no way we could have used it. Thankfully, we were able to use another spacious spot which worked well. Parking is dark and confusing- would recommend adding a map of parking and location of lights to help find our car and best way to get out. Foi sem dúvida o melhor apartamento onde estivemos na praia da rocha . A nuris2u foi super atenciosa , cuidadosa e preocupada com o nosso bem estar. Adoramos . Os únicos aspetos negativos prendem-se com fatores externos. O barulho da rua é muito e prejudica muito a qualidade de sono. O apartamento necessitava de vidros duplos ou possivelmente de fechar a varanda do quarto. Para além disso a piscina merecia mais atenção.
