The apartment was renovated in 2020 and features practical furnishings. It has a living/dining room with a dining table, satellite TV, a hi-fi system, and an electric heater. The living/dining room has access to a balcony. There are three bedrooms: one with a 140 cm bed (length 190 cm) and an electric heater, another with a 140 cm bed (length 190 cm) and an electric heater, and the third room has a pull-out bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm) and an electric heater. Additionally, there is a shower/WC in one of the rooms.
