Located just steps away from Praia da Rocha beach, this space offers a sea view. The apartment has 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, providing accommodation for up to 4 people. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a refrigerator, washing machine, coffee maker and everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals. The unit also has 1 full bathroom with a bathtub. Additionally, the apartment has air conditioning, central heating, ultra-fast Wi-Fi internet and cable TV (MEO FIBRA), ensuring your comfort throughout the year. There is also a private balcony with sea view, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Atlantic breeze. The complex amenities include 2 shared pools, one of them indoor, and a children's play area. You can also enjoy a barbecue area in the private garden. The property has private parking in the garage. The location is ideal, with easy access to beaches, golf courses, restaurants, shops and popular tourist attractions, such as Zoomarine and Slide & Splash. Faro international airport is just 60 km away. NOTE: Only 4 people are allowed (including adults, children and babies). \- A deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a credit card payment, Revolut or advance bank transfer. The deposit refund will be made up to 3 days after check-out, after a complete inspection and cleaning of the accommodation.
