« The property is spacious and well positioned for the beach. Difficult to park a car on their driveway so had to park elsewhere. The BBQ and oven were not clean. Leak in shower room and one shower not working but fixed whilst we were there. The property is lovely and the host personable. With the charges for cleaning i would expect it to be spotless. Check in time too late at 5pm and check out 9.30am too early should be at the very least 10am and 4pm. Especially with all the steps to get...

« Charming comfortable house with good views. Good mattresses, very clean everywhere. Lorraine, who looks after the house couldn’t have been kinder. 2 minute walk from the harbour which is wonderful. Lovely shops with sociable staff (Moore’s and the newsagents very handy for a range of fruit, veg etc etc). « We have been holidaying in Cornwall for over 30 years and have never stayed anywhere as perfect as this. The apartment is equipped and decorated to an incredibly high standard and the owners have thought of everything. The location is superb, a few steps away from a beautiful beach and the coastal path. Sue communicated regularly with us to make sure we were enjoying our stay and she left luxurious gifts such as Prosecco, a home-cooked meal etc. I can’t recommend this holiday accommodation...

« Cottage has everything you need, however I wouldn't let my dogs or children swim in the lake as it looked disgusting, the promised dog shower has been removed so we couldn't shower our dogs. The cottage is in the middle of a working farm & although we didn't mind listening to the tractors & farm animals it was spoilt a little when one of the dogs was howling next door. « The house has a view of the River Fowey from the living room and the MBR! The house is beautifully furnished and decorated with COMFORTABLE couches and beds. We slept like babies here! It is at the end of the little town of Fowey near the car park ( very convenient if you have a car). Being in Fowey is like going back in time.. it is beautiful, with only one tiny one way street. No car noises! Wonderful restaurants, shops, grocery stores nearby for cooking at the house in the lovely kitchen....

« Hosts are very welcoming, the property has everything you need and is very comfortable. The only negative for us was that it was too far from the centre of falmouth. Alrhough an easy route it is down a very steep hill. »

« Très bel hôtel, dans la campagne, mais plein de choses qui sont gênantes pour un quatre étoiles. Nos amis ont du demander une autre chambre que celle prévue car il y avait de la vaisselle sale, des traces sur le lit... La chambre à été changée mais bon ça démarre mal le séjour. De la vaisselle sale traînait aussi dans les couloirs à 19h lors de notre arrivée... Pas possible de faire une note à régler au départ pour les consommations au bar. Par contre très jolies chambres, personnel très gentil...

Tous ces choses ne son pas vallable pour un hotel
"Le personel était formdiable! Par contre dans la cuissine il y a quelquechose qui ne marche pas. Il a fallut attendre après avoir commandé beaucoup trop longemps! On se trouvait dans une salle d'attente!!! La salle de bain était une catastrophe. Le sol était sale. À gauge du lavabo le truc pour pendre la serviette était défectueux et la lunette était aussi défectueux et la douche n'était pas acceptable."
