Late Checkout Incurs a £20 fee.
House Rules:
No parties or events allowed.
Guests are expected to tidy up, wash dishes and put them away, and leave the house in a generally clean condition upon departure.
Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited. Any smoking evidence will result in a fee.
Furry friends are welcome with a £25 fee per stay.
If bringing a dog, guests must immediately clean up after it outdoors, thoroughly check the outside area before leaving, and prevent dogs from being on furniture or beds.
A £100 fee will be charged to guests who misplace or fail to return the property key
