"Host is very particular in expectations of his guests but all are reasonable and well communicated. The stay was exactly as advertised and very accommodating for a large group. You just have to be as transparent as possible and your stay will run smoothly. Neighborhood is a little on the run down side but no one bothered us and I felt safe during the entirety of ny stay. Will definitely book again."

"The house is spacious and has plenty of room for 5-7 people. The master bedroom has pretty thin walls that do not keep noise out. Also, blinds do not cover the entire window, so sunlight comes into the room in the morning, and without a fan in the room, it can get warm. The pool was a great way to cool off and relax, even though it was more worn/disheveled than expected (missing tile, fake plants in the pool upon arrival). "Place was a great home away from home. Had everything we needed for our stay. It was a nice place for our extended family. Nice restaurants and shopping close by. The only downfall was the train close by, first night caught us off guard, but stay was still nice."
