"First time to Paris, this hotel did not disappoint. Their customer service is exceptional, the door man to the front desk, restaurant staff everyone was amazing. The food was excellent so was room service. We were amazed by the heated toilet seat and towel rack especially as it was cold in Paris. I will definitely stay here again. Close to all brand name shopping, mall and walking distance to the Louve and many more places. Subway and hop on hop off bus across the street. Very convenient. "

"Service was exceptional. At the front desk we primarily dealt with Andrew and he was fantastic. The bed was comfortable. Bathroom functional. Locational was central.
