I would like to give special recognition to the front desk team, particularly Housam and Mohammed, who were always helpful, attentive, and professional. A special thank you as well to the two hardworking girls at reception, whose dedication, friendliness, and positive attitude truly stood out. Their efforts made my stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. The service throughout the hotel is consistently amazing. Every member of the team goes above and beyond to ensure guests feel comfortable and valued. Their attention to detail and willingness to help at any time make a real difference to the overall experience. The hotel itself is excellent in every aspect. The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and spotlessly clean, offering a very comfortable and relaxing environment. "The rooms we stayed in on two separate occasions were a little basic, but the amenities made up for it. The staff were all extremely courteous and helpful. The dinner buffet was amazing! My favorite part of the hotel by far."

"The front desk staff were not welcoming or friendly. Check ins were slow. The room was nice and the view was nice but the rooms have almost no light. They would benefit greatly from a floor lamp or two. There is insanely loud music on the weekends in the courtyard until late. It your room is on the wrong side of the building it is impossible to rest. It feels like the music is in your room. It is incredibly loud. "
