"Pleasant and quiet stay here. Easy in and easy out with good parking. Restaurant just steps away with views out over the marina and the lake.
Tech is a bit dated and the room has no USB ports. Bring chargers if you have gadgets.

"It was clean, quiet, comfortable, and a great breakfast. I paid a slightly higher price because it was called "Lakeside" which I thought meant it was near Lake Superior that was probably visible so the visiting friend I brought could enjoy. The lake was nowhere near so I think "Lakeside" simply meant "on the lake side" of the highway. "
"Perfect lakehome to stay at for 4 girlfriends celebrating a birthday milestone! Great location to go to Duluth or up the north shore. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was fully stocked for cooking. Would definitely rent again!"
"Lisa, I think that was office, property manager name was very friendly when we checked in. Gave us a coupon for a nearby restaurant and other recommendations. I've been to the area many times but not recently. I wanted to give my German cousin and 18 year old daughter a typical small town motel experience. Duluth is very expensive in the summer. We stopped there on our way to Split Rock and Gooseberry Falls. Nice hot water in the shower. TV was a bit tricky to figure out but wasn't there to watch TV."

"We had a wonderful time at this rental. With 2 adults and 3 kids and a dog, we had everything we needed plus more! Amazing view of Lake Superior, hammock, fire pit, kid friendly ace throwing, dog friendly, close to everything but tucked away, private, wooded, absolutely gorgeous location. And the owners were really nice and helpful. We will be back!"
