"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful setting. Watched dolphins, pelicans, swans etc from the deck. A few steps to the water. An idyllic place to stay. Just a couple of minor things, could not find the tv remote. Eventually found under cushions with some Chippies and child’s toy. Also milk left had passed its expiry date. Otherwise a very enjoyable stay."

"We had a wonderful family weekend away at this lovely property. Its great location makes it perfect for exploring the local area. The place is well-equipped and incredibly comfortable.Our only feedback is that it’s due for a thorough clean. The shutters and windows/fly screens are particularly dirty, especially in the bedrooms. This was disappointing considering they’re where you sleep and given the price point, you’d expect them to be immaculate. "

"I recently stayed at this property and, while it certainly has great potential, I was disappointed with its current state. The property is poorly maintained and requires a significant amount of upkeep. Upon arrival, I found the accommodation very dirty and not up to basic cleanliness standards—we had to clean it ourselves before settling in, which was far from ideal.For the price paid, I expected a much higher standard. Definitely; not luxurious. The photos presented on the site do not accurately reflect the actual condition of the property; they appear to be heavily photoshopped and give a misleading impression of what to expect. Overall, the experience did not meet my expectations, and I would advise future guests to be aware of these issues when considering a stay."
