If you have five or six guests, you can use the living room sofa as an additional bed. This home is conveniently situated for horseback riding on the beach in Cape San Blas, sightseeing in town, and fishing, boating, snorkeling, and much more in the Gulf of Mexico. Take refreshing breaks from the beach in the home's comfortable interior with updates like WiFi, cable TV, and stainless steel appliances in the full kitchen. This property was great for our family. Very clean and nice. Only issue was with the code on the front door not working, but they were quick to work on it and help us out. I will say though it is stressful to arrive with road weary family and not be able to get inside easily. I’ll also say the pool was nice but very warm. We don’t come for the pool, but we didn’t get in it as much due to that. It’s Florida in summer, so the pools are going to be warm. There was a water line across the ceiling that could be where the mold is. The king bed was awesome, really good mattress. When we arrived the headboard in the 2nd bedroom was completely leaned over, all the way over bed. We propped it up but it needs help. The sofa/kitchen were great. There are only 3 chairs on porch and no table to put your coffee. Besides the odor it was very clean and we will stay again, just in another cottage. However, I read there were 2 playgrounds and there were none. The hot tub wasn't working. It just seemed this cute little neighborhood is going downhill. My only complaint about the cottage was the mattress we slept in was SUPER loud and made noises at the slightest movement of your body which woke up our 1 year old in s pack and play next to our bed so we didn't get a good night's rest during our stay. ##### Jennifer L. Restaurants, beach, shopping all within minutes from the condo. The only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars is that the pool isn’t heated.
