They did send a technician out, but he wasn’t going to be able to do anything different. The vent needs to be replaced with something other than the mesh outside to keep from clogging up. The love bugs and biting flies were horrible, guess we picked the wrong time. The property was nice, and our host were very quick to respond to any of our needs. We had a wonderful week. ##### Amy S. Unfortunately there was trash in the kitchen when we arrived and we couldn’t find a blender. Property management took care of it immediately. A 20 minute storm caused debris from the highway to flood the pool on Tuesday afternoon. Although we made several calls, the pool was not fixed until Friday at 5:30\. It took them 30 min to fix and clean the pool. It was so unfair, we paid extra for a private pool and it wasn’t available for most of our trip. Still waiting to hear if they will refund part of our payment since we didn’t get a pool that was promised to us. Pool was great for the kids when they got tired of the ocean. Kitchen was very well equipped with cooking gear, pots, pans, blender, crockpot, coffeemakers, etc. Wonderful views from all the porches. Relaxing sounds and sites of the Gulf were wonderful 24/7 experiences from every one of the four levels. Exiting the property was a little challenging at times because of the traffic on the street behind the house, but this did not detract from our thorough enjoyment of the property. Being right on the beach allowed for immediate access to the powdery white sand and full front-row viewing of multiple spectacular sunrises and sunsets. Great, great time!! ##### Renita K.
