This beautiful and spacious 4 bedroom and 4 ½ bath townhome has it all; direct beach access via the community’s private boardwalk, a large community pool and plenty of space for the entire family! This beach home has over 2,500 square feet of living space complete with a private garage for parking and storing your beach toys. Each bedroom has its own private full bathroom. Two of the bedrooms are masters with king beds and private balconies with seating to enjoy views of the Gulf and amazing sunsets. This home comfortably sleeps 10-12 people. There is an elevator in the home making it easy to carry groceries to the top floor living area. The entire home is nicely furnished and well equipped for a week on the beach. Beach Bummin’ is also just minutes away from St. Joe Peninsula State Park where you can go biking, fishing, scalloping, and much more! For your shopping and local dining enjoyment; Port St. Joe, Apalachicola and Indian Pass are all less than 30 minutes away.
