*The elevator is residential grade and may occasionally experience disruptions. Our staff will do all we can to repair any issues and get the elevator functional again. However, if an elevator repair tech/Company is needed repair times can extend several days due to our remote location. Very nice house on beach with neighbohood pool and gated entrance. Plenty of room for large family. The house is on the beach with beautiful views. There is a house next door that limits access to the beach.

Thanksgiving at the beach

We absolutely loved this house, the area and well worth the exercise of going up & down four floors! I would recommend the renting agency allow renters to check in at 3pm and not 5pm. This takes a lot away from one whole day of renting for a week. There is a new house being built next door, FYI. (Some construction noise).

Great for our group of 8

We had a great time. Sea Section (odd name, but maybe the owner is an Ob-Gyn?) worked out perfectly for our group. The right amount of space, amenities, proximity to the beach, rental gear credit, ... all of it. We're definitely considering for next year. We had one maintenance issue, but the property management was quick to respond and it worked out ok.

Beautiful Views

Fantastic views for dolphin watching and sunsets. The kids LOVED access to the Bay and pools. Very clean and user friendly reservation, check-in and check-out processes.

Good house

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It is right on the beach and is a very short walk to the pool. There is another pool across the street that overlooks the bay which we really enjoyed. The house is very well done and the elevator is a life saver. You have beautiful views of the beach on all three levels. A couple of things that made it a 4 star vs. 5. - The house has a very limited supply of towels. My wife and I had one towel each and one hand towel for the week. They were also cheap towels. Paying as much for the house as we did, I would expect nice towels and a larger supply. - The grill is junk. it is almost rusted through and some of the burners do not work. We had counted on a grill to prepare quite a few meals. This needs to be replaced. - The kitchen was not very well stocked with spices etc. I was also surprised that no coffee filters were supplied.

Great location and property

Great beachfront location with easy access to the community center and general stores/eateries. Clean and well equipped. Both charcoal and gas grill, but gas grill needs maintenance to work effectively. Beautiful beach and sunsets, dog friendly as well.

Good location on the Cape. Beautiful sunsets! Very nice and relaxing week.

The house met the needs for our family of 9. The beach was very nice, with amazing sunsets. Peaceful and relaxing.. The cons: Upon arrival the cleanliness of the unit was not acceptable . Refrigerator was dirty, doors covered in fingerprints, food and debris on the floors, oven spray still left inside of oven, ( not discovered until attempting to use the oven, terrible chemical smell infiltrated the kitchen.) cobwebs around the baseboards. Kitchen cabinets had food stuck on them, along with drawer handles. Very limited supply of towels and washcloths, not even enough to for our party of nine. The rugs were so filthy I laundered them before using them. This was the worst as far as cleanliness then any other rental we have encountered during our 40+yrs of vacationing. We contacted management and they had a supervisor come and inspect our complaints. He stated because of Covid, most of his normal housekeeping staff, did not elect to return to work at this time. He also stated check in was not supposed to be til 5, but our reservations stated 4:00 EST, and that is the time we arrived. No housekeeping staff was on property, however the supervisor did come by as we’re unloading and ask my son if everything was ok. My son told him we’re just arriving and unloading and had not time to go over unit. He corrected the errors, but at same time wanted to use excuses for the conditions. All these undone areas, could not have been done in the hour in which he said we arrived early. Also excuse, windows were covered in fingerprints, because it was raining. Not a good excuse as all balconies are covered. Once again, we arrived at the time our reservations stated. It certainly needs a thorough cleaning, which we assumed would be the case because of Covid regulations. After this upsetting arrival, the rest of the week was enjoyable.

We enjoyed our stay. The house is nice. Beds and all furniture were clean and comfortable, kitchen adequately stocked etc. Beach was beautiful and close, great view. This boardwalk has quite a few stairs, so be prepared for taking things to and from the beach. The house was clean but needs serious dusting of baseboards, blinds, tchotchkes. Dishwasher bottom rack doesn’t work properly. Property management was A+. Would not stay here again due to the inconvenience of the gated neighborhood and gate and code to the beach. Also we couldn’t get our vehicle out of the driveway without scraping the bottom.

Sea Section

This was our second time staying at this house. The best part is how close to the beach it is located. You can see the beach while sitting on the porches. The house is spacious and clean. Most everything needed for cooking is there. Only negative is no shades on the windows and it would be helpful when it’s dinner time and the sun is blazing in. Also, double bunk beds in one of the rooms would be helpful as our grandkids get older to have their own space to sleep. Otherwise we love this house.

Amazing stay in our Happy Place

Property was beautiful, especially given the recent hurricane. Rooms were spacious and more than met the needs of our family. Loved the three balconies with their gorgeous golf views. Also loved the piers on the bay side, where we watched the sun rises and always saw stingrays in the bay! Also appreciated the enervator for groceries and heavy bags. Only slight downside, kitchen was a little unorganized and my husbands Florida box, containing his large frying pans, coffee grinder and sharp knives came in handy. Would love to revisit. Loved the pool as well.

Nice but Homes all around this property.

The home was nice (although we had to evacuate for Hurricane Micheal after 2 days), but unlike the photos there are homes VERY close to this one and construction happening while we were there.
