This two story beautifully decorated 2 bedroom 2.5 bath townhome has a private bathroom in each bedroom, and balconies to enjoy gulf breezes while watching amazing sunsets. Whether you enjoy combing the beach for shells, snorkeling, kayaking, sun-bathing, surfing waves, fishing, or taking a leisurely stroll along the shoreline, you'll spend hours of fun while soaking up the sun. In nearby Port St. Joe, venture out to enjoy shopping, galleries, entertainment, and restaurants. Less than five minutes away is St Joe Beach where pets and bonfires are welcome! For the fishing enthusiast, book your family on a fishing charter day trip out on the water to catch your dinner. Parking: One vehicle may be parked in the carport. A second vehicle may be parked right in front of the carport. Pet Friendly: This property is not pet-friendly and is an animal free zone due to severe allergies. If you bring a pet to this home, an automatic charge of $500 will be imposed and/or you will be asked to vacate the home immediately. Linens/Supplies: All bed and bath linens are supplied as well as all cookware/dinnerware/glassware in the kitchen. A few essential items are provided upon arrival: Dawn dishwashing soap, one sponge, two dishwasher pods, one garbage bag, one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, two individual/small bars of soap per bathroom, one laundry powder and one fabric softener. Beach Gear: Some of our properties have beach gear onsite (chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc.); however, there is no guarantee as these items come and go throughout the year. Age Requirement: Minimum age limit to rent this home is 25 years old. Security cameras: N/A Credit card fee: All payments processed are subject to a 3.25% credit card processing fee. Rental Agreement: A signed Rental Agreement is required upon booking. Monthly Rental: SNOWBIRDS WELCOME! Monthly rental rates are available during the winter season. Cancellation Policy: We strongly encourage our guests to purchase the optional travel insurance to protect your vacation investment. All reservations include an administrative fee of $35 (plus taxes) upon booking which is non-refundable in the event of a reservation cancellation. Credit cards processing fees will be charged upon cancellation which is equal to 3.25% of all payments made. Reservations canceled at least 60 days before check-in date will receive a 100% refund, minus cancellation fees. Reservations canceled between 30 to 60 days before check-in date will receive a 50% refund, minus cancellation fees. Reservations canceled less than 30 days before check-in date will result in forfeiture of the full advance rental payments and any other payments. I found the home to be clean with the exception of the shower caddies which were not clean and a sheet pan that had baked food on it. Understanding the impact on the environment, the management co reuses hand soap containers, but does not clean them. This was somewhat gross to me and needs to be revaluated by the owner. There is a restaurant directly across the highway and plenty of other restaurants and groceries within a 20 minute drive. The beach was clean and not crowded at all. The booking and arrival process was as easy as it gets. I give it a five star review. The only complaint is that there was a power cord missing to one of the televisions, but then again who checks for those when cleaning, or is at the beach to watch tv? Clean! Great location on beachside of the main road which was very nice to not have to cross. Literally walk to the sand in less than two minutes. Nice quiet beach.
