DETAILS: A dreamy Gulf escape awaits at Decked Out on the Cape, a North Cape San Blas home comfortably hosting up to 14 guests, with 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. Relax on the numerous loungers around the private pool and on the Gulf-facing upper decks or hit the beach—only a short stroll across the street. There’s no shortage of entertainment with a ping-pong table, 2 throwing star and axe games, an outdoor TV, board games, and an arcade game.  
  
Made for coastal living, the ground level of this 4-story home features a tiled entry outfitted with cubbies for storing beach gear alongside a beautiful backyard with a private pool and an outdoor shower.  
  
Venture to the second level to find 2 guest bedrooms, each boasting a king bed, a private bathroom, TV, and access to a furnished deck with partial Gulf views. Additionally, there is a kid-friendly bunk room with 3 twin-over-twin beds—plus a shared deck with porch swings for unwinding in the coastal breeze.  
  
A casual third-floor lounge space with a corner sofa, TV, arcade game, and back deck makes this home perfect for large groups and families. This level hosts the primary bedroom and a guest bedroom, both with a king bed, luxurious bathroom, TV, and access to a deck with peek-a-boo Gulf views. A laundry room with 2 washers and dryer sets adds convenience.  
  
Gorgeous multi-toned wood floors and vaulted ceilings, set against spectacular views of the turquoise Gulf, greet guests on the top level. The culinary inclined will appreciate the spacious kitchen’s high-end appliances and roomy 8-stool breakfast bar. There’s a 12-seat table by the wet bar for formal dining, or enjoy meals alfresco at the 12-person table on the back deck, including a Blackstone griddle. After dinner, retire to the living space to unwind on the plush sectional while streaming favorites on the 70” Smart TV. Glass doors lead out to the Gulf-facing balcony with chairs and a table for 4—the ultimate spot for finishing a blissful day with cocktails at sunset.
