It is a very comfortable property but it is at the waters edge. There is no beach in front of the property just a sea wall however the beach is extremely close by. Location was lovely but there’s no beach in front because the building is built into the gulf which is pretty clear in the photos so not complaining just mentioning it because you have to walk a few house down to access the beach. The only issue I have and it’s minor but irritating. We stayed 5 days and there was only one trash bag, 2 dishwashing detergent pods and one roll of TP in each bath for the entire stay. When I asked for more garbage bags I was told that they only supply enough to get started and if I need more I should go to the convenience store down the road. So if I stay 2 days I guess I’m covered but if I stay 5 I’m kind of on my own. Not an incentive to stay longer. Just seems like a very small expense to keep guests satisfied. I’ve stayed at a lot of VRBOs and don’t recall having to buy my own basic supplies. Otherwise everything was great. ##### kevin M.
