The balcony offers terrific views and the furniture is perfect for relaxing or outdoor dining. The house is super clean and has all the amenities that one would expect! Rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. Washer and dryer, dishwasher and a wonderful kitchen to boot! It is our 2nd visit and we will definitely be back. The very short walk to the beach is perfect and the beach was absolutely stunning. Water was clear and the fishing was so much fun! The house was very clean when we arrived. Check in was super easy with our host, Dianne. The location is very convenient to Mexico Beach and Port ST Joe restaurants. I loved the grill and we used it to cook at night and just enjoy the peace and quiet. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms clean and the whole house is well stocked with what we needed. The private boardwalk was amazing and made it super easy to get to the beach. There was a very nice multi head shower at the bottom of the deck stairs that made getting sand of us and our dog very easy. There were no homes on either side for the utmost privacy. The deck overlooking the ocean was wonderful. The deck is well built and very safe for our toddler and our small dog. We experienced the most beautiful sunsets on the deck. We saw dolphins several days and a bald eagle on the beach one morning. The private boardwalk to the beach was very convenient and well kept. Diane’s home was fantastic and just what our family was looking for during our Spring Break stay in Port St. Joe. The home was very clean and well appointed. We brought a bunch of extras (soap, tp, paper towels, etc) as we normally do when renting a place, but never had to dive into our stash. The kitchen was really well stocked - a Viking range, air fryer, and microwave. The drink fridge was a great added bonus too. Plenty of dishes, pots, pans, etc. The size of the home was perfect for our family and the proximity to the VERY quiet beach can’t be beat (my unscientific measurement was 85 steps from back porch to toes in the sand). The back porch is spacious and perfect for morning coffee, meals, and enjoying the beautiful sunsets. Diane was a great host and very responsive and left great instructions. We were more than comfortable in the living area. The kitchen was very well stocked. Plenty of towels for our stay. The beds were very comfortable after spending the day playing on the beach We enjoyed many quiet nights on the large deck overlooking the gulf. The wooden walkway to the beach from the house made for easy access. If you are looking for a quiet beach with beautiful sunsets then this beautiful spacious house is the place for you ##### David F. You won’t find a better one. The inside has been refreshed and updated. The back patio is where we spent most of our time. Diane is an amazing host with quick response and clear instructions for check in. We love this place so much that we want to keep it a secret but it’s too good not to share. It is located on a beautiful and not overcrowded section of beach with the cape in view. The new deck was a great place to watch the waves and the beautiful sunsets. The updated home was clean and comfortable for our family of six and had all the amenities necessary to prepare meals and hang in when the weather wasn't so beach friendly. Port St Joe is only a few minutes drive away for some shopping and excellent restaurants. Shipwreck Raw Bar is only a few minutes walk up the street and we enjoyed several excellent meals on our visit. There is also a well stocked Dollar General very close for essentials. Check in was effortless with communication from the owner. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and can't wait to come back next year. A truly wonderful experience!! ##### Daniel R.
