Enjoy all the comforts of home with views you'll keep coming back to see again and again. This 3 bedroom 2.5 bath town-home offers an open floor plan on the first floor which features the kitchen, dining room, living room, and a bedroom. It is the perfect spot for friends and family to gather after a day of sunning, fishing, snorkeling, shelling or other activities on the beach. The kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs. The deck on the first floor off of the living room offer amazing gulf views. There is also a deck off of the master bedroom on the second floor for enjoying sunsets and the moonlight off the water at night. The master bedroom hosts a king size bed and its own private bathroom. The third bedroom features a queen bed. Each bedroom has a TV. When you call home and everyone hears the smile and relaxation in your voice and asks where you're at that could make you sound that way, just tell them "Jewel of Paradise". Jewel of Paradise is a non-smoking unit. All bookings are on a first come first serve basis. \*NON-SMOKING UNIT\* \*\*\*PLEASE NOTE: THIS RENTAL HAS WIFI, NO CABLE, THERE ARE SMART TVs\*\*\* St. Joe Beach and Beacon Hill offer miles of beautiful shoreline facing due west, providing spectacular sunsets and a silhouetted view of St. Joseph Peninsula. Nestled safely inside the Cape's protective barrier, the surf is low and gentle, a safe haven for swimmers of all ages. Public boardwalks and trails to the beach are peppered along the road. Veteran's Memorial Park in Beacon Hill offers plenty of safe parking and is known for its panoramic, elevated view overlooking the Gulf. CANCELLATION POLICY: A cancellation fee of $200.00 will be charged if you cancel your reservation. Telephone the office as soon as possible in the event you must cancel, change dates or switch properties. Please note that if the reservation is cancelled within 45 days of arrival, we cannot refund your advanced rental payment. Once your reservation is confirmed, any cancellations/date or property changes will be subject to our cancellation policies. Sorry, no refunds for early departures. You may also use the advanced rental payment for a future booking and avoid the cancellation fee.
