Approximately 600 feet away from this coastal home, you'll find yourself in the pristine blue water of the Gulf of Mexico with miles and miles of sugar-white sand. Whether you enjoy combing the beach for shells, snorkeling, kayaking, sunbathing, surfing waves, fishing, or taking a leisurely stroll along the shoreline, you'll spend hours of fun while soaking up the sun. In nearby Port St. Joe, venture out to enjoy shopping, galleries, entertainment, and restaurants. Less than five minutes away is St Joe Beach where pets and bonfires are welcome! For the fishing enthusiast, launch your boat at the nearby Mexico Beach Marina boat ramp and take in some first-class fishing, or book your family on a fishing charter day trip out on the water to catch your dinner. A few essential items are provided upon arrival: Dawn dishwashing soap, one sponge, two dishwasher pods, one garbage bag, one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, two individual/small bars of soap per bathroom, one laundry powder and one fabric softener. Some of our properties typically have beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc.) on site. However, there is no guarantee as these items tend to come and go throughout the year. Reservations canceled at least 60 days before check-in date will receive a 100% refund, minus cancellation fees. He was going through the neighbors trash. Very clean and nice and up to date! It had a great location. Right next to the beach. We had plenty of room with 3 kids and 4 adults. We loved how secluded it was. I stayed here with two friends for a girls' week at the beach, and we had a blast. The property was incredibly clean and comfortable. Everything we needed for a relaxing weekend was available: clean, comfy beds; every kind of kitchen utensil we could think of, games, easy to use washer/dryer, soaps, etc. I had checked the location on Google Street View to make sure it was walking distance to the beach, but it was even closer than it appeared on the map--just a short, easy jaunt down the road. The owners also had beach chairs available in the outdoor shower. When we first arrived, I felt bad because I had to call the management company at 1 a.m. for help getting into the property because the batteries on the electronic key box had died. But the manager called me back quickly and was helpful and kind. Someone came to change the batteries the very next morning, so all of our interactions with the property management were positive. Between the location and the property plus the people managing it, I can't recommend this place enough. We're already looking forward to our next trip there. ##### Michelle H. It probably took 3 minutes to walk from the porch until we hit sand. You do have to walk across the main road, but most all of the drivers are very courteous and will stop and wave you on to go across. Coffee in the morning was a 30 second walk on the same side of the street as the house. Check out time was a bit early for the price paid.(there’s a 7 hour gap between check out and the next guest check in.) Overall we had a great time, and hope other guests continue to keep the property well maintained and clean, because we will certainly be back! ##### Michael M. The property was clean and well kept. it was easy access to the beach. It has all the basic amenities that you would need. There’s a few beach chairs there but I would recommend bringing your own wagon to bring things down to the beach because it’s a busy road to cross and with kids and all the bags a wagon would have been helpful. The place is within walking distance to a couple of restaurants, shell shack and the general store. It was very convenient for buying those extra items that we forgot at home! ##### Shannon C.
