Watching the moon glisten off the Gulf waters reminds you that you have picked one of the most exceptional vacation homes on the Forgotten Coast. The minute you walk into this home and see the view of the Gulf through the wall of windows, you know that you will have a wonderful beach vacation.  
  
This is one of the Premier Gulf Front Homes on Cape San Blas. No expense was spared in constructing this unique home which boasts ten-foot ceilings on the main living level, nine feet on the bedroom level, and vaulted ceilings on the impressive top floor. Spectacular crown molding decorates each room, and every room has a veranda with views of the Gulf of Mexico or St Joe's Bay. A modern elevator whisks you to any of the four levels making it easy to bring in luggage and groceries. The top floor is a unique children’s area with a separate living room and a “dream come true” loft hideaway.  
  
The new owners have just completed a total remodel. Every piece of furniture and artwork is brand new and the 130-year-old reclaimed heart-of-pine floors have been called the most beautiful on the Cape. The home offers 4,400 square feet of style and elegance and sparkles with new paint inside and out.  
  
This home has 7 bedrooms, 9 baths and sleeps 18. It is a perfect home for multiple families with separate living spaces to accommodate children and adults. It could also be an opulent getaway treat for a couple or a small group of friends. A state of the art, fully stocked kitchen with premium appliances makes cooking easy and lots of dining and living space are available both inside and on the decks. An internal cell phone booster eliminates the notoriously poor coverage on the Cape. Of course, there is wireless internet and four televisions.  
  
This home is only steps to the beach down the private boardwalk. You have bay and gulf views from each of the three levels of decks. Watch pods of dolphins swim by all day long.
