Stylish and cozy 2,300 square foot 4 bedroom/4 full bathroom home located directly on the white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. Cape San Blas is a very quiet beach town and the perfect place to unwind. Relax in the heated private pool with the beach as your backyard! Have fun on the water with your kayak and paddle board. Cook dinner admiring the sunset on the park style charcoal grill.  
  
Each bedroom has its own full bathroom, a Smart TV, and sliding doors to a patio. Light blocking drapes, and new, comfortable mattresses and bedding ensure a restful stay.   
  
An electric fireplace, large sectional sofa, and 60 inch TV make the living room a cozy place to gather. There are windows for days to enjoy the beautiful panoramic views!  
  
The gourmet kitchen is well-stocked including a Keurig Duo coffee machine, a shrimp boil pot, crock pot, bakeware, etc. The dining table seats 8, with 4 additional barstools in the kitchen.   
  
Downstairs is a game room with an air hockey table, retro PacMan machine, and wet bar. Leading out of the game room is a large covered shuffle board area and porch swing perfect for outdoor fun, rain or shine!
