You'll be pleasantly surprised at the space you have in this very open floor plan that boasts over 3000 square feet. Have a true large family get together all seated at the extra long dining room table that seats 14\. Stay connected the old fashion way through conversation whether in the kitchen, living, or dining area as the entire first floor is completely open. Sit out on the open gulf front deck watching the sunset or dolphins in the water and later move to the adjacent screen porch for evening drinks or to unwind out of the sun. It was barely clean with mildew in the bath tubs and shower curtains and chemical burns on one of the toilet seats. All family members have bug bites. There are horror stories in the guest book. Some of the pages were torn out so who knows what else other guests had to say. Other than that the home is spacious and in a good location. The beach is literally the back yard.
