Clean, spacious. Great view. We called about a few issues (leftover from previous rentals) and they took care of them promptly. This is a great alternative to the crowds in the destin area. However, we were unable to use one of the beds because of what looked like a brown stain on one of the mattresses (we were very cautious about that one). There were also quite a few frogs at night time attached to the house, so that was unexpected. Just be wary that there will be a lot of frogs greeting you once the sun starts to set. The kitchen was perfect for cooking our big meals. The bedrooms were big and beautiful. The decks were absolutely stunning with the amount of room, views and wrapping all the way around the house. The garage was full of fun items for our use including CornHole boards, Bikes, Boogie boards and a kayak. The home was easy to book, the property manager was quick to answer my questions, and the home was a short and easy walk to the beach. With the boardwalk and pool right next to the house.. We took advantage of a credit for beach rentals and can say that wagagon is worth renting. We spent a lot of time loading it up and heading to the beach. The only downsides were a slight musky odor, spotty WiFi and the kitchen in the in-law suite. A neighbor killed a rattlesnake in the yard near the boardwalk and palmetto bugs were prevalent.
