Beautifully decorated and thoughtfully appointed, this one-bedroom condo is the ideal retreat—perfect for a romantic getaway, a relaxing escape, or a family vacation. The master suite features a comfortable queen bed, and the living area includes a queen sleeper sofa for additional guests. Two full bathrooms add convenience and comfort during your stay. Enjoy peaceful mornings or sunset evenings from the balcony, soaking in the tranquil Gulf views. When you’re ready to explore, simply stroll across the street and enjoy the beach up close. The property also offers a community pool, hot tub, and a designated shared grilling area for your enjoyment. Relax, unwind, and make lasting memories at Paradise Shores 304—your perfect coastal escape. Non-smoking unit and does not allow pets. All rentals are on a first come, first serve basis. CANCELLATION POLICY: A cancellation fee of $200.00 will be charged if you cancel your reservation. Telephone the office as soon as possible in the event you must cancel, change dates or switch properties. Please note that if the reservation is cancelled within 45 days of arrival, we cannot refund your advanced rental payment. The location is perfect for everything. People worry about Mexico because after the hurricanes but the area as a whole is coming back and with this property you would never even be able to tell what happened. Overflow parking was convenient for our boat. The unit was well decorated, comfortable and made a great anniversary get away! Most of the time you expect the pictures to be better than reality, this was not the case it was nicer than I expected. The hardwood floors and new carpet in the bedroom was very nice. The staff at forgotten coast was amazing to work with I felt like they really wanted me to enjoy my stay.
