The ground-level bedroom includes a daybed with trundle (2 twin beds) and easy access to the pool. Upstairs, the master bedroom features a king bed, ensuite bath, and direct access to a gulf-view balcony. Two additional bedrooms each offer queen beds, smart TVs, and ample storage, with a full bath completing the floor. Outdoor living Relax in the private outdoor pool, open year-round with optional heating from October to March. The fenced backyard provides lounge seating, a dining area, and a fire pit perfect for cozy evenings. Rinse off in the outdoor shower after beach days and enjoy sunset meals on the upper deck equipped with a gas BBQ grill. Beach access is just 300 steps away, with beach essentials provided for your stay. We also provide towels to shower and clean, fresh linen and bedding. We have listed that we have a pack-and-play that can be used as a crib. We have 2 baby gates in the upstairs closet for the safety of your small child. We have a small, strap-on-baby highchair for your infant. We have several board games for your enjoyment. We do not provide the propane for the gas grill. If you use it, please be considerate to refill it for the next guests. Thank You! The pool was great and we enjoyed the fenced in backyard for our pups. The bears and the garbage were a problem. We picked up trash every day we were there and it added an unexpected element to our trip. I feel like it's a pretty big ask for renters to pick up trash daily, spray it with ammonia, etc when bear proof cans could solve the issue. The sliding door off the main living area needs to be replaced. We ended up not using it mainly because it was simply too difficult for us to open and close! ##### Sherry C. I was unsure at first with the house not being directly on the beach however we were so pleasantly surprised. The house was exactly as described. Lots of space, very clean and had everything that we needed. The fenced in back yard with the pool was perfect. And…. Our fur babies loved it as well. It was actually less than 300 steps to the beach for me( yes I counted), it only took just a few minutes to get to the beach and there was great access to walk to it. It is well maintained and the owners are very accommodating. Plenty of towels to use at the pool, as well as several beach chairs, wagon, and more! We had a minor plumbing issue; which was resolved within an hour of notifying Mrs. Lindsey. She was so quick to respond prior to and during our stay. The back yard swimming pool was fabulous! Beach is a very short walk. There were 8 of us and we never felt crowded. Very nice place to stay in Port St. Joe! We would go again!! ##### Beth R. Plenty of room for our family of 9, to sleep and spread out to enjoy the view! Quite mornings and beautiful sunsets! We wish we were still there! I can’t forget the excitement of our grand-dogs! A lovely, comfortable, well equipped, close to the beach home in quiet, and peaceful St Joe Beach! With our stay being 13 days, and having friends from south Florida visiting, we wish it would’ve been better stocked with toilet paper and paper towels, but that was a minor issue, and I’d certainly recommend this property to anyone. Property owner was very easy to work with and provided timely responses. Only one entrance/exit for the home. Kitchen cabinet doors need some attention. Lots of stairs with all main living space on top floor, would not be suitable for those who have difficulty with stairs. We enjoyed our stay, very quiet area and less touristy compared to Destin, Panama City Beach, etc. ##### Trudy B.
