Immerse yourself in coastal luxury with private beach access, a fully stocked kitchen, and stylishly appointed bedrooms. Ideal for those seeking a tranquil yet indulgent family retreat. \*This property is equipped with an elevator that accesses all floors! A first-tier lot on a private street just steps from boardwalk beach access. It's truly like being on the gulf without the gulf prices! Located in The Preserve community on North Cape. Just a half mile north of The Cape Trading Post and next to the gated community of Seagrass. The house is a first-tier lot on a cul-de-sac, private street just steps from boardwalk beach access. Top Floor: On this level, you will discover two master bedrooms with king beds and private bathrooms with tiled showers and double vanities. Each master has a 50” smart TV. These two bedrooms have stunning Gulf views and share access to a spacious deck with high Adirondack chairs. There is a third king bedroom with a 50” smart TV.
