"The Posh Pearl" The Posh Pearl is a beautifully decorated 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath top-floor townhome located directly on the Gulf in St. Joe Beach. This stunning retreat offers gulf-front living at its finest, with breathtaking water views from nearly every spot on the main level—especially from the private deck. The main level features a fully stocked kitchen equipped for all your cooking needs, a dining area, a comfortable living room, a master bedroom with en-suite bath, and a convenient half bath. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or enjoying the coastal breeze outside, the views are simply unforgettable. Upstairs, you’ll find the second bedroom and a full bath, providing privacy and comfort for additional guests. St. Joe Beach is known for its quiet, laid-back atmosphere, emerald-green waters, and white sugar-sand beaches, making it the perfect destination for a peaceful getaway. The Posh Pearl is pet-friendly, so your furry family members are welcome to join you, and the beach allows bonfires, making evenings by the fire under the stars truly special. All bookings are on a first come first serve basis. This is a non-smoking unit. CANCELLATION POLICY: A cancellation fee of $200.00 will be charged if you cancel your reservation. Telephone the office as soon as possible in the event you must cancel, change dates or switch properties. Please note that if the reservation is cancelled within 45 days of arrival, we cannot refund your advanced rental payment. Once your reservation is confirmed, any cancellations/date or property changes will be subject to our cancellation policies. Sorry, no refunds for early departures. You may also use the advanced rental payment for a future booking and avoid the cancellation fee.
