The beach is only two-minutes from this condo and includes access to the shared pool and hot tub (pictured). Whether you're lounging on the sands, exploring the Gulf on your boat, or simply savoring the breathtaking views, this condo promises an idyllic escape in the heart of Florida's Gulf Coast. \*3-5 min walk to the beach \*Only one parking spot underneath, overflow parking is behind the pool \*Boat Dock is the dock that is on an angle, it will have the number 105 on it. \* Boat Instructions: $25 fee to park your boat trailer at Mexico Beach Boat Ramp during your stay (approximately 200 yards away from Seaworthy). You can leave your trailer there, put your boat on the slip and then park your truck at the condo in the designated spot for your unit. A few reminders for your trip: \- A minimum set of basic toiletries are provided \-We suggest you bring additional toiletries for your stay \-One towel, one washcloth, one hand towel are provided per guest. \-While all of our homes do have internet, it can't be guaranteed. If your internet were to go out, you would need to plan on using a mobile hotspot or another option for your wifi needs. \-Be aware of the UV levels, some days it's dangerous to be in the sun for too long \-Rip Tide Warnings - the riptide can be worse on some days, so it's important to keep watch on this. We could possible allow those types but you cannot lift it. You would need to leave the lift in the water. Our white socks were black when walking around. The shower curtain kept falling off the shower and the towel rack kept falling as well. They are doing the least if upkeep and using cheap everything but want too dollar. The boat lift would go down all the way and our boat was stuck two different times. They had a realtor show up in the middle of our stay to show the property. When renting no one mentioned it was for sale and that this could happen. Only to find out it was actually a pocket listing and they could have waited for us to leave to do the video with the potential buyer. When reaching out about the boat lift there was an undertone that we did something wrong. The whole realtor thing felt more like they were spying to make sure we weren’t doing anything wrong in the property. Meanwhile we have stayed at over 20 vrbos and never had this kind of experience. ##### Tammy S.
