Parking: Two parking spots are guaranteed. Please note, NO RVs, trailers or boats are allowed inside the community gates. Pet policy: This home is pet-friendly, and allows up to 2 dogs. If you choose to bring a pet, a charge of $125 plus tax will be added to your reservation after you book. Golf cart: No. Linens and supplies: This home comes with everything you need! All bed and bath linens are supplied, as well as all cookware, dinnerware and glassware in the kitchen. A few essential items are provided upon arrival: Dawn dishwashing soap, one sponge, two dishwasher pods, one garbage bag, one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, two individual/small bars of soap per bathroom, one laundry powder and one fabric softener. Beach gear and recreation equipment: Some of our properties typically have beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc.) on site. However, there is no guarantee as these items tend to come and go throughout the year. Age requirement: Minimum age limit to rent this home is 25 years old. Credit card fee: All payments are subject to a 3.25% credit card processing fee. Rental agreement: A signed rental agreement is required upon booking. Monthly rentals: SNOWBIRDS WELCOME! It's a lovely home in a quaint community and just close enough to the beach and downtown PSJ. We enjoyed eating local fare at a number of restaurants, sitting on the gorgeous beach for hours (despite the remnants of the recent red tide!), and relaxing in the comfortable home. It was the perfect location for our family, and we enjoyed our drive to Cape San Blas to hit the beach as well as the local shops and restaurants in Port St Joe. The only complaint we had was the keypad at the gate - everytime we had to punch in the code to enter the gate, we got shocked ⚡️by the metal on the edge of the keypad. The house was great and the location was perfect. We do have a few suggestions to make the experience a bit better such as providing more wash cloths, provide at least two garbage bags for a week’s stay, get a dish strainer (it’ll make better for your renters and the owners), and provide hand towels for the 1st floor bathroom.
