This exquisite 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom residence is situated directly on the Gulf of Mexico in St. Joe Beach. Step outside and you will find yourself on pristine, white sandy shores. This home offers an inviting atmosphere that will make you want to return repeatedly. The first floor comprises a living room, dining area, kitchen, one bedroom with a queen-size bed, and a bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped to meet all your culinary requirements during your stay; alternatively, you can explore the various excellent dining options available in the vicinity. Additionally, there is a screened-in deck accessible from the living room, perfect for enjoying stunning sunsets or unwinding while listening to the calming waves of the gulf. On the second floor, you will find three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, a spacious bathroom, and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom includes a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom is furnished with two twin beds. For additional sleeping arrangements, the living room has a sleeper sofa. This property comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests, making it ideal for family gatherings. Amenities include high-speed internet and televisions in every bedroom. Prepare to experience the ultimate vacation at this remarkable beachfront home. Ah Coogee is a Non-Smoking home and does NOT allow pets. All bookings are on a first come first serve basis. St. Joe Beach offers miles of beautiful shoreline facing due west, providing spectacular sunsets and a silhouetted view of St. Joseph Peninsula. Nestled safely inside the Cape's protective barrier, the surf is low and gentle, and is a safe haven for swimmers of all ages. CANCELLATION POLICY: A cancellation fee of $200.00 will be charged if you cancel your reservation. Telephone the office as soon as possible in the event you must cancel, change dates or switch properties. Please note that if the reservation is cancelled within 45 days of arrival, we cannot refund your advanced rental payment. Once your reservation is confirmed, any cancellations/date or property changes will be subject to our cancellation policies. Sorry, no refunds for early departures. The house does sway occasionally. I’m glad the bedrooms are on the backside, you can hear traffic if in the front half of the house. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with everything. Loved the stove! Beds were ok. Ceiling fan in the master room didn’t work. When I called the property management to inquire, I was advised the remote got locked in the owner closet and someone would come by the following day to unlock it. It never happened, glad I brought a fan. The WiFi isn’t reliable, had to use phone hotspot to take meeting for work. Confusing time zones too, never really knew what time it was lol, good thing I was on vacation. My mother slipped and fell in the downstairs bathroom tub, then discovered there was a mat under the sink. I would think mats would be a standard since people will be covered in suntan lotion and/or oil. Overall, we had a good vacation and the property was good. ##### Georgie P. This was a great house and wonderful remote location right on a beautiful beach. It is located a couple of minutes from Mexico Beach, so if you wanted to venture over to a slightly busier area it is super close by. It is technically located in Eastern Time Zone, but once you hit Mexico Beach it turns to Central (just as an FYI). It is a perfect size for several couples, having 4 separate bedrooms and a pull out couch. It also had plenty of room for 4 cars to park securely, which was needed.
