(IMPORTANT: Please DO NOT BOOK OUR HOME IF YOU SMOKE. $500 fee. Extra cleaning fees to get rid of smell.) Our home sleeps 6 comfortably in this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom single story home. . Outdoor shower with cold/hot water available. Large driveway available. Covered large deck for family dinners and games. House is located near the Mexico Beach/Bay County and Gulf County border line. Beach access is directly across the street as you walk from the house. No need to search for it. Great location for fishing. (please don't clean fish inside the house) We are approximately 40 minutes away from Panama City Beach - convenient to spending the day shopping. Must be 25 years or older to book this property. We have security cameras on the outside of the home. The decor was nice, the bedrooms were a good size and they were comfortable. The walk to the beach was short and easy and Mexico Beach is lovely. Easy beach access just as described. We were there 4th of July week and the beach was not crowded at all. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment and the appliances looked brand new. This is a great location; in between Panama City, Port Saint Joe,Apalachicola and St.George Island. Plenty of places to eat, shop and beach. Thank you Hector-you are a great host. ##### Mary H. The house is borderline St. Joe and Mexico Beach. 15 minutes from Port St Joe with great restaurants. 30 minutes from Cape San Blas with beautiful beaches. Love how quiet the beaches were. It was nicely decorated with a beach theme and vey clean. Only 2 of us were on this trip but there was room for 4 more people. Hector was quick to answer any questions. There was plenty of room in the yard to park our boat. It is only a quick 5 minute walk to the beach and a short drive down to Port St Joe. It isn't overcrowded like some places are.
