1-Beautiful Vue is a tastefully decorated 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo located in one of the only Gulf Front Condominiums in Mexico Beach, "The Vue". The Vue is a very popular and desirable condo complex that has been completely remodeled. Whether you are looking for a quiet relaxing getaway or a place to bring the family, this condo is the perfect spot to enjoy the sugary white sands and emerald green waters of the Gulf. You cannot beat the views from the living room and master bedroom. The kitchen, living, and dining area offer an open floor plan which is perfect for your entertaining needs. The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with all of your essentials. The master bedroom offers a King size bed, and a full bathroom with double sinks, stand-up shower, and large garden tub. Each additional bedroom offers a Queen size bed, and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. This condo will accommodate up to 8 guests. The Vue is the only complex in Mexico Beach that offers a rooftop swimming pool and hot tub and shared grilling area. Take the private boardwalk down to the beach and dip your toes in the water! 2 Parking Spots Per Unit
1-Beautiful Vue is a non-smoking unit and does not allow pets. All bookings are on a first come first serve basis.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Telephone the office as soon as possible in the event you must cancel, change dates or switch properties. Please note that if the reservation is cancelled within 45 days of arrival, we cannot refund your advanced rental payment. Once your reservation is confirmed, any cancellations/date or property changes will be subject to our cancellation policies. Sorry, no refunds for early departures. You may also use the advanced rental payment for a future booking and avoid the cancellation fee. Please call our office if you would like to make arrangements.
CABLE/INTERNET: Most of our homes have cable & internet access as a courtesy from our homeowners. Please see property amenities if you are unsure. We DO NOT guarantee that the cable or internet will be working as we are at the mercy of our internet provider. If the internet is down we will strive to get it up for you as soon as possible. This condo was good for our family. I only wish there had been two twin beds in one of the bedrooms . We had our last day ages 27,23&18 and our 4 yr old grandson with us. We loved the covered parking and the unit was very nice! bedroomsbedrooms
