Welcome to your perfect getaway! This charming Airbnb features a spacious open-concept living room, ideal for relaxation and socializing. The updated kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, perfect for home-cooked meals, and includes a built-in dining area with a cozy booth.  
  
Bedroom 1 is a luxurious retreat with a queen bed, an ensuite bathroom, and a dedicated workspace with a desk. Bedroom 2 offers another comfortable queen bed, while Bedroom 3 is perfect for kids or groups with four twin beds.  
  
Step outside to a private, fenced-in backyard, where you can unwind in the hot tub and enjoy the serene outdoor space. Whether you're here for a family vacation or a peaceful escape, this home has everything you need for a memorable stay.  
  
As our guest, you'll enjoy 24/7 access to the entire space, ensuring complete privacy and flexibility during your stay. The spacious open-concept living room, updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and built-in dining booth are all exclusively yours to use.  
  
You'll have full access to all three bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with a queen bed, ensuite bathroom, and workspace; Bedroom 2 with a queen bed; and Bedroom 3 with four twin beds, perfect for families or groups.  
  
Additionally, the private, fenced-in backyard with a hot tub is all yours to enjoy. Whether you're cooking a meal, relaxing in the hot tub, or lounging in the cozy living room, you'll have everything you need for a comfortable and memorable stay. Welcome home!  
  
Communication with us is easy and efficient! Once your booking is confirmed, you can reach out to us via messages, text, or phone calls. We pride ourselves on our quick response time, averaging less than 5 minutes. HOUSE RULES:  
  
No more than 3 cars on site  
DO NOT park on road or in neighbors’ way!  
All furniture must be put back where it was found!  
House needs to be put back into condition it was rented!  
No loud music after 10pm  
No profanity outdoors, many kids in the neighborhood!  
We usually provide a few days' supply of the essentials to get you started when you arrive. It's not expected for the supplies to last the entire stay; they're just there to help you avoid unnecessary trips to the store when you travel to check in.  
Be courteous of neighbors  
Please clean the grill after each use. NOTE: Please disregard this item if there's no grill.  
Fees may apply for any house rule/s violation.  
Many of our guests have asked about the siren you'll likely hear during your stay in Port Sanilac. The siren sounds every day at noon. If it goes off at another time and the tone changes, it means the fire department is summoning volunteer firefighters for an emergency. If the tone remains steady (this does not happen often), it indicates a tornado warning, and we strongly advise seeking shelter.  
Garbage must be bagged up, put into bins and taken to end of driveway
