The home sits opposite of the lake with a fun, family public park, a sandy beach, a harbor, and an ice cream shop within easy reach—just under half a mile away! Additionally, in the spacious backyard, the ping pong table and numerous yard games housed in the garage provide a wonderful opportunity to relish the outdoors. HOUSE RULES: \- No more than 2 cars on site \- Do NOT park on road or in neighbors' way! \- All furniture must be put back where it is found! \- No Shoes on while inside the home \- Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 8 AM \- Please respect our neighbors by not having loud music or by yelling and using profanity (many are permanent residents!) \- Garbage must be bagged up, put into trash bins at the end of the drive way at departure. \- You must be 25 or older to rent this cottage \- Please note: RVs, tents, and campers are not permitted at our homes.
