Really liked the outdoor pool and screened porch. The outside patio area needed to be cleaned and there were a lot of small ants. The neighborhood was not great - majority of homes were not kept up very well. The price reflects the less desirable neighborhood. The exterior could use some better landscaping and upkeep in the yard. The dryer works but does not actually dry clothes. Overall, was a good value. ##### Becky D. No ventilation in either bathroom is yikes for us. The trash a tape flap is a bit sad to have to use and the garage was not working either though they did say they just heard about it. Sadly the AC unit is very undersized for the home so the afternoons and evenings get a bit uncomfortable but luckily I brought my box fan. Would book again if they say they will fix these items. The house was clean and the pool made for lots of fun for us all. The only reason I gave the location 4/5 stars is because it wasn’t as close to the beach as we thought it would be (best beach is Honeymoon Island Beach which is 30m-1h away depending on traffic). We forgot to take into account that 20 miles away in Florida means a much longer drive than 20 miles away in Michigan, much more traffic in FL!
