### Cozy Condo near Port-of-Spain

The whole family will feel at home, enjoying easy access to everything from this centrally located comfortable abode in West Trinidad.  
  
This cozy 2-bed, 2 bath apartment is located in an upscale gated community with 24-hour security, large community pool, tennis courts and playground. The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, pillow top mattresses and contemporary furniture throughout to provide ultimate comfort and relaxation.  
The space  
Nestled between the mountain ranges in Petit Valley, the property allows guests to feel like they are living in the trees while having all the modern amenities of big city living. The large sliding doors and windows allow for great indoor/outdoor living which provides a calm, relaxing and tranquil atmosphere for guests to unwind. The entire apartment is air-conditioned and each bedroom has a full size bed with the master having an ensuite bathroom. A washer and dryer are available for use should guests need to do laundry during their stay, and the fully equipped kitchen features a coffee maker, toaster, microwave and air fryer for guests convenience.  
  
The property is close to restaurants, bars, cinemas, shopping and much more and provides convenient access to Port of Spain where guests can take in historic sites or the vibrant nightlife the country has to offer. Further West, guests can easily visit Chaguaramas and take a stroll on the boardwalk, a quick dip in Macqueripe Bay, go zip lining/kayaking/paddle boarding, take a bike ride through the Bamboo Cathedral, hike the various nature trails, visit the waterpark or take a tour down the islands.  
Guest access  
Guests will be provided a unique code for the smart lock to the apartment which will remain valid for the duration of their stay.  
  
The property will be solely yours for the duration of your stay so please make yourself at home and enjoy your stay at the cozy condo!  
Other things to note  
The property is located in a gated community and guest should be mindful and respectful of their neighbours. We ask that guests kindly monitor their noise levels and adhere to the quiet hours that are in place during their stay.  
  
We welcome you to use our kitchen. To keep everything running smoothly please consider the following guidelines: If you use the kitchen to prepare food, please leave it the way you found it. Including, but not limited to, putting dishes in draining board, washing pots & pans and putting them away, wiping down counters or any soiled surfaces. We kindly ask that you keep the apartment clean and tidy.  
  
No pets, smoking, parties, or unauthorized guests are allowed. Additionally, please do not rearrange the furniture.  
  
Check-in is at 3pm and check out is 11am, however we will try our best to accommodate early check-in/late check-out requests with advance notice. Early check-in/late check-outs will be free of charge up to 2 hours. For requests which exceed 2 hours, a hourly rate of $15USD will be charged for every additional hour which the guests would like to have access to the unit.  
  
Upon arrival, should you notice any damages, or should anything break, please advise the host as soon as possible so that immediate arrangements for repair can be made. Any unreported damages will result in damages fees, and any may face automatic cancellation of your reservation, and reporting to airbnb.
