« Clean, as advertised, great location with easy access to Coquitlam and Port Moody. Wi-Fi, clean. The ensuite toilet does have a grinder but it doesn't go off when you aren't using the sink.The host was excellent, communicative, and very responsive and helpful! »

« I’ve stayed here before, but this time the staff went above and beyond. The hotelier let me pay my deposit on my debit card when my credit card wasn’t working, and showed me calmly and kindly where the thermostat in my room was (it was actually obvious, but it was so late at night that I was a bit delirious and didn’t see it). This room was also much more modern than the last one I’d stayed in, so it may have been recently renovated. Great experience! »
