Located only 500m to the CBD. Enjoy the garden views from the north facing balcony which opens off the living and master bedrooms. The main bedroom has a queen sized bed and ceiling fan and the second bedroom has a two single beds. Other features include an air conditioner and ceiling fan in the lounge room, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. The complex is a security complex and includes a lift, and swimming pool to relax in at the end of the day exploring. This unit has wifi included. There is also a single lock up garage.
