Fully self contained with 4 bedrooms, the main has a queen size bed, 2nd with a double bed, 3rd with 2 single beds & 4th with a single bunk bed. There is a huge room for the kids with its own bathroom, table tennis & plenty of games to keep them entertained. There is a combined lounge/dining room with ceiling fans & ducted air-conditioning throughout, kitchen with dishwasher & an internal laundry with a washing machine & dryer. The house boasts a great outdoor entertaining patio with BBQ looking out to the tropical gardens. There are 2 car spaces. This holiday house can comfortably accommodate 8 people, perfect for a combined family holiday. The house is situated at Lighthouse Beach, with two well known 18 hole golf courses, Emerald Downs & Port Macquarie both only minutes away. It's also only a 5-10 minute walk to Lighthouse Beach which is fully patrolled in the summer months. Local shops, clubs, cafes, restaurants and a tavern are found only a short distance from here with the town centre being a 10 minute drive away. Very convenient location as Coles is literally across the road as well as a few other shops plus a great tavern.
