Breakwater Area and Skate Ramp. Sit on the landing with your glass of wine and enjoy the views of the Southern Ocean. Bright and spacious Kitchen / Dining / Living Area with comfortable seating, an 8 seat dining table and full kitchen. If you don't wish to cook, we are within walking distance of Takeaway Food stores or Dine In options such as Bay Pizzeria or the Victoria Hotel. Also the supermarket if you need supplies. One Bathroom upstairs and and a combined Laundry / Shower Room downstairs. Large secure back yard, plenty of room for the kids to play or to park the boat, or in the double garage which can also be used as a play area. Fish cleaning area and BBQ available for use.
