"Our experience at Studio Cannelle was very positive. We were greeted warmly at the gate and taken to our apartment by Betty and Alain who explained how things work in the unit, which looks exactly as it does in the photographs. The apartment is located steps from the beach in the midst of the palm trees. Watching the birds and listening to the surf are enjoyable on the kitchen terrace. The apartment is very well equipped and we enjoyed every minute."

"Beautiful gated area, quiet and very relaxing. The room was very clean, had the perfect view of the ocean. The open kitchen on deck to have your breakfast and supper and enjoy the outside, even look at the ocean being in your own room, this was excellent. Short distance walk to the beach, which was perfect. Not a lot of people on the beach which almost felt like your private beach ... enjoyed every minute. A pool walking distance too but didn’t use it because we are beach people more than pool....

"The description of the property was mostly accurate with several minor exceptions: the “adult” pool is very small and crowded for such a large complex and on occasion the island (and this property) experience temporary water shortages. "Casa Stanislas has some of the most beautiful views of Deshais harbour and the Grand Anse beach. It was a great way to wake up and wind down to go out on the terrace and see those views We were able to get to anywhere on the Basse Terre side very easily.
