The staff were incredibly patient, courteous and helpful in solving problems and on that basis I would stay here again. We spent four nights at this hotel. There was an issue with the shower in our room not working properly and one of the beds was broken. The staff moved us to a better room immediately. The rooms were old like the hotel and could have been cleaned better but the sheets and bathroom were clean which was important. Weeknights were a bit noisy as we staying during harvesting season so the trucks were in and out of Viterra all day and night. Weekends however, were quiet. The rooms are compact, comfortable and clean. The bonus is the quality food at excellent value for money prices in the hotel’s dining room. I stayed on two occasions in different rooms with en-suite bathroom and both were just fine.
