It was a basic old home which has clearly been refurbished. However for the price we paid i would have expected more. The screen sliding door was broken and continually fell off, the only clock in the house was broken (and it took up a whole wall as a feature), the backyard (advertised as pet/dog friendly) was covered in spurs/prickles which meant so was my dog and my feet (ouch). The fence in the backyard was old, rusted, full of holes patched up with bits of roof tiles, scraps of wood etc. It felt quite run down and sad when out the back. With a bit more effort this could be a much better property. Sorry for the honest review, but felt it needed to be said.
