As you enter, the first bedroom sits to the right — featuring a queen bed, built-in robes, radiator heating, and views over the street. To the left, the home opens into an open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the expected appliances, a large pantry, and ample bench space for preparing meals. The dining table comfortably seats six, while the living area invites you to unwind on a large L-shaped couch in front of the heater, with a ceiling fan overhead for the warmer months. From the kitchen, step outside to a private internal courtyard and decking area — perfect for evening BBQs or enjoying a glass of wine at the undercover bar table. The external laundry, equipped with a washing machine and dryer, is conveniently accessed via this outdoor space. The main bathroom has a walk-in shower with toilet.
