Offering 3 bedrooms, 1 king, 1 double, 1 twin (sleeping up to 6 in total), 2 bathrooms (one with bath) and open plan kitchen, dining and living overlooking East Beach with sweeping views from the Port Fairy lighthouse to Killarney and Warrnambool. You can see the whales while you cook! The light-filled house is ideal for families and friends with two large, separate living areas. There is a large sheltered patio with natural gas BBQ for outdoor dining and entertaining, and more sea views! Plus an outdoor shower to get the sand off after your refreshing swim in the ocean. This home would also appeal as a private, adult retreat with a large king bedroom with a generous en-suite and additional sea views on the top level.
