Overlooking Knights Beach it is just steps from Horseshoe Bay, cafes, and shops. This two-bedroom getaway features an open-plan living area and a fully equipped kitchen. Relax on the enclosed terrace while enjoying the serene sound of the waves and the stunning coastal scenery. With easy access to coastal walks, local boutiques, and popular attractions, it’s perfect for those seeking a peaceful escape South Seas 1 offers a spacious and relaxed setting, perfect for a coastal escape. The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen areas are light-filled and welcoming, with large windows offering stunning views of the ocean. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, cookware, and dishware, making it easy to prepare meals. The dining area comfortably seats guests, with a perfect spot to enjoy meals together while taking in the view. The living room features comfortable seating and a TV for unwinding after a day spent exploring the local area. Wifi and Netflix included too. The two bedrooms are bright and inviting, with a queen-size bed in the first bedroom and a single bed plus bunk bed in the second, ideal for families or small groups. The bathroom is well-appointed with all the essentials. Enjoy the fresh ocean air from the enclosed terrace, or take in the panoramic ocean views from the balcony. A 5-minute walk will take you to scenic Horseshoe Bay, where you can enjoy the sandy beach and great spots for swimming, surfing, relaxing, or fishing. There’s easy access to walking and bike trails, along with many local and regional attractions such as produce markets. The property is also a short drive to Middleton, Goolwa, and Victor Harbor, offering plenty of opportunities for exploration. South Seas 1 is the perfect base for those seeking both relaxation and adventure by the sea. Free on site parking for one vehicle available and plenty of street parking also. One well behaved dog may be allowed to holiday with you. Please let us know. A $75 pet fee will apply. Please note that all bed linen and towels are included, but you will need to bring your own beach towels. Strictly NO smoking or vaping anywhere on the property. No parties or events. Fines will apply for non compliance. \*Please note: A 50% deposit is required upon booking confirmation, with the remaining balance due 7 days before your stay. Additionally, a pre-check-in form must be completed before arrival, which includes submitting a valid ID, a selfie, and agreeing to our terms and conditions. Checkout: 10:00 am No smoking No parties or events Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you. $200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property. CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this. LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith. LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. It was comfortable & reasonably well equiped. The coastal views are stunning but could only be enjoyed after we washed the windows inside & outside for ourselves. The outdoor light at the back door does not activate as you come in the back gate from the carport so was a little tricky seeing the way in the dark as you first walk in. Some outdoor chairs on the upstairs front bedroom deck would have been nice to sit on to really take in the views.
